Our Foundation was created in 2007 with the aim of contributing to the development of our society through public benefit activities.
From the outset, we have focused on the challenges of the information society, with research on the legal and economic aspects of the information society.
As part of our scientific work, we have also addressed the areas of education, skills development and awareness-raising, which are still fundamental elements of our mission.
Over time, our theoretical work has moved towards practical implementation. Our first community activities included litter picking and supporting animal shelters through fundraising. These projects not only contributed to the preservation of our environment, but also strengthened the cohesion of our community.

Strengthening social assistance
During pandemic COVID-19, our Foundation faced new challenges. As a result of the increase in requests for aid, our services expanded to include social assistance. With the help of our volunteers, we helped elderly, lonely or quarantined people to buy groceries, for which we received a lot of positive feedback. These experiences have strengthened our conviction that we must continue our work and continue along this path.
New steps towards the future
In order to expand our activities, the Foundation has taken on the management and use of a property to help support those in need.
This property will serve as a community space where we can organise additional social programmes and activities.

How can you support us?
The Lexis Foundation is a non-profit organisation with a public benefit mission. This means that it does not generate income from economic activity, but from grants and donations. The assets thus acquired - money and material assets - are used primarily for the activities set out in the articles of association.
