The Lexis team launched a drawing competition for children, adults. The competition attracted many great entries. After the judging, we realised that we couldn't decide, so we gave everyone a first prize. Below you can see the drawings and pictures of the closing ceremony.

Thanks to the many donations from the public, we were able to help not only those who came to us. We were able to pack up many clothes, prams, blankets and bed linen and send them to Beregdeda.

The IOM donation will cover the longer-term costs of preparing food and hygiene kits for the refugee families who come to us. After registering, we will let families know when they can come to collect their parcels and choose from the clothes and products we have on hand.

The war forced many mothers to flee their homes and give birth to their children in a foreign country at perhaps the most important time of their lives. The wonderful moments of waiting and preparing for a child are not theirs to experience!

Language teaching, children's activities.The aim is to enable parents to become more involved in community life, to work, to learn and to find their place in their new environment.

Back to school, school shopping! Thank you to all those who supported our initiative and made it possible for the children to start a new school year in a new country.

Thanks to our supporters, we will be able to open our refugee centre on 03 August 2022 at 43 Hernád utca in Budapest. We welcome all registered and unregistered Ukrainian refugees.
